What products do you use?
I use Dixie Belle products because it is non-toxic with no VOC's. Dixie Belle products are high quality mineral chalk paint and is perfect for painting on furniture and can be used on wood, metal, glass, ceramic, fabric and more.
How long does it take for you to complete an item?
It usually takes about 3-4 weeks depending on the item(s). I try to estimate more time than I think it will take, just in case we run into issues such as, ordering more paint, the color doesn't work, etc.
How do I get a quote?
Feel free to contact me anyway you are most comfortable with! I can best come up with a quote by looking at the piece but if needed you can email me pictures of the piece.
What I am getting charged for?
On your quote, you will see two different charges, the first one is the charge for the item being done and the second one is a $50 supply charge.
When and how do I pay for my item(s)?
I do ask that you pay 50% of your total when you drop your item(s) off with me and then the other 50% when you pick up your item(s). I take many different forms of payments including pay-pal, cash, and check.
What if I can't pay the second half of my payment?
I will keep the piece and/or pieces until I receive the other half of the payments. If I don't receive the second half of my payment within 90 days, from the time it was complete, than it will be consider my property due to the invoice that was signed at the first consultation.
